Empowered Community Services (ECS) is a 501 C(3) non profit organization established in June 2005 by the Perera Family (Lal, Srini, Jeneeka, and Niminde) of Woodland Hills, California. The December 26, 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami gave birth to our Organization.
